The nomination process will be launched on International Girl Child Day on 11th October (every year), which is supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development and the Government of India, in order to spread public awareness about inequities that girls face in Indian society. The nominations will close on 15th Jan (every year).

ELIGIBILITY
WOMAN POWER INDIA AWARDS is open to all women who are part of education sectors, companies, public sector enterprises (their units), Corporate Foundations & Trusts, NGOs/INGOs working for the Indian populace and individuals. All work that is mentioned for nomination must have been in operation for at least one calendar year.
DELIVERABLES FOR WINNERS
• Winning Certificate & Award Memento (trophy).
• Recognition on E-Platforms.
• Increased visibility through MSME CCII channels.
• The award winner will be mentioned in a CSR magazine, National and/or International magazines.
• Selected individuals/projects will be asked to make a video and will be hosted in a YouTube channel.
• Selected individuals/projects will also be featured in the NGO Website.
• Selected nominations/projects will be given an opportunity to give a presentation about the project and will also have an opportunity to be a part of the panel during the International E-summit.
DISQUALIFICATION
Incomplete, ambiguous or, wrong entries may be disqualified at any phase of the process without any notification.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Stage-1: Screening Round
It will be completely based upon the application form filled by the entrants. The detailed application form has been divided into various sections and each section has certain weightage.
Stage-2: Jury Round
After the screening round the top entry in each of the categories would be selected. The selected organization could be called for virtual interaction with the Jury, if required. The jury would assess the organizations on pre-decided evaluation criteria. Entries will be judged by a panel of corporates, agency and academic executives as well as by the team of Raj Square Charity Foundation. The evaluation of the entries will be based on creativity, innovation, sound planning, implementation and outcomes. The most important benchmark is proven success in aligning strategic objectives with end goals.
Acknowledgment Of Entries
Entrants will receive an email acknowledgment when an entry has been received.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Documents/supporting literature for reference should be sent either in the form of PDFs.
Entries should be in the English language only.
The organizing committee reserves the right to all communications, documents sent for the nominations and awards and the same are non-returnable.
The organizers are not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant.
The organizing committee ensures that all the documents sent by the entrant that recommends their nomination for the award will be confidentially handled.
Submission of any entry acknowledges the right of the organizers to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.
If an entry receives an award, the manner and details of announcing that nomination and award is strictly within the discretion of the organizers.
Entries once submitted, cannot be withdrawn.
The organizers reserve the right to alter or change the programme or its content & title without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Nomination will be accepted only on the prescribed form.
Jury’s decision will be final and binding.
